Avon Argon Oil Hair Mask Review

Hello lovelies :)
My mum works for Avon, and I was telling her how I wanted to try some argon oil products, as every brand out there seems to be selling them at the moment! She mentioned that they had some reasonably priced products in the Avon catalogue. I had a look and decided to try two products. The Advance Techniques 360 Nourishment Moroccan Argon Oil Hair Mask (£2.75, bargain!) and I also ordered the Argon oil gloss spray (£3.25) which I haven't tried yet so will review at a later date.

Here is the Argon Oil hair mask. I like the packaging, it looks refreshing almost. I had a pamper night the other night which involved a bath so I decided to try this. I shampooed my hair as usual then applied this for 5 minutes (as recommended). It was easy to squeeze out of the tube and washed off well, it didn't feel like I had to run the water over my hair for ages to get it out! I then let my hair dry naturally overnight, as I don't see the point in drying it when I'm not styling it immediately as this just damages it.
When I woke up the next morning I was actually surprised at how soft my hair felt!
Here is my hair the next day (not styled at all eek!) I think it has a little more shine, but it definitely felt a lot softer which I loved. The product also didn't leave my hair feeling heavy or coated, as many hair masks do, which I liked because I don't like it when you have to wash your hair again soon after applying a mask because it's made it greasy! However there was one thing about the product that I was a bit disappointed with, and that was the lack of smell! The Argon Oil mask did have a slight smell when applying, but when dry my hair has no smell at all. And personally I love a conditioner that smells amazing and that you keep getting whiffs of even when your hair is dry! But I know this won't bother some people in the slightest, and if that's the case then this product is perfect for you! :) I think for the price to be honest it is a bargain.

Why You Should Shop at Savers

For all you UK readers, you will probably know what Savers is. However if you're reading this from another country, Savers is basically a drugstore that sells toiletries and such like Boots, although often at a much cheaper price!
I popped in recently to pick up some holiday essentials. However I apologise now as I took some to my university flat and forgot to photograph them! So stock photos will have to make do! I'm going to explain what I bought and compare the prices so that you can see the savings. All this only cost me £28.89!

As you've probably noticed there are a LOT of hair removal products here haha! (I'm not that hairy I swear!) I'd completely run out of wax strips and I wanted to be silky smooth for holiday so I didn't need to worry about shaving. The Nair body wax strips cost £1 (so cheap I had to get two!) A similar pack I found on Boots online cost £5.99. The Osiris Hair Removal Cream cost £1.00 too, I bought this to remove any short hairs that waxing wouldn't take care of. I've never used it before, but I thought I'd give it a go and the little spade thing looks useful! I don't think they sell these at Boots as it's not a common brand, but I just checked and they're available online at a range of prices. The Venus razor was £3.99 (I hate buying razors because they're expensive but you need them!) However I just checked and the same razor is £7.99 at Boots, bargain! I then bought some tablets and plasters (can't go away without these!) which came to £2.46.
Locks wise I purchased Aussie shampoo and conditioner in Miracle Moist (£2.99 each). The shampoo and conditioner are both £4.49 in Boots, which is quite expensive for 300 and 250ml bottles! But I do love Aussie and regularly splash out on their products! I'm obsessed with the smell, I just love it when I brush my hair and can still smell it! I'd just like it if the bottles were bigger so they would last me longer! I don't wash my hair as much as I used to, but I have a lot of it so I have to use a generous amount! I also purchased the Pantene hairspray (£1.99) in mark 5. I usually go for mark 4, however I'm going to Ibiza and last time I went, within 10 minutes of being outside at night my hair had completely dropped because of the humidity! So I need something super strong to help it stay in place. This hairspray is also the volumising one, so I'm hoping it will give my hair some extra lift! I think this product is £3.69 in Boots.

Although I wasn't intending on purchasing a body butter (as I have more than enough moisturisers to get through!) I saw this Nip+Fab Mango Smoothie Dry Skin Fix Body Butter (what a mouthful!) for £2.49. They also had it in cherry flavour, pistachio and coconut. I'm not really sure what pistachio smells like if I'm honest and I'm not a massive fan of cherry, but I very nearly bought coconut but was swayed by the fact that Mango is a more summery smell! I hadn't really heard of Nip+Fab until recently when I got a free sample with Cosmopolitan, and then I just started noticing it everywhere! (And I realised its actually quite expensive!) In Boots this would set you back £8.49. I have actually tried this (I added it to my collection at uni) and I applied it a couple of times after I had showered first thing in the morning. Firstly, it smells lush and it absorbs into your skin well and leaves you feeling nice and soft for the rest of the day. However one thing I didn't really like was that it felt quite sticky when applied and I had to wait a while for it to absorb. I have some other moisturisers that feel a bit slimy when first applied but I don't mind this that much, however the stickiness of this product was not something I enjoyed, but I think it is probably because of the thick consistency of the body butter. Other than that I love this product and will definitely be going back to buy the coconut version for that price!

Schwarzkopf Colour Mask £3.99 (but I purchased two). This product is actually £4.50 in Boots, which isn't that much more! But when you're buying two it does add up. My hair is long so to cover all of it I usually have to buy two packs. I haven't used this mask before, however I found it surprisingly easy to apply! I didn't spill any (hurray!) and there actually seemed to be more than there is in the bottle versions. When using a bottle I seem to be scraping out the last of the second bottles to cover all my hair, but with this I had some to spare! It felt a lot like putting on a conditioning mask rather than a hair dye which I loved. My hair didn't get as tangled when applying it either and I could definitely tell where I had applied it. I can't comment on how the colour has lasted yet as I have only washed it once since, but I am happy with colour itself. I would definitely recommend this product for quick and easy application.

Finally, I bought some Disney princess tissues for my uni room for £1.00! These aren't the exact ones I bought, I couldn't find mine in Google images :( but these are pretty similar! Mine featured Belle, Cinderella and Rapunzel, so cute!

I know this post probably looks like I'm majorly slating Boots, but I would just like to clarify I actually love Boots! I just think Savers is an amazing place to stop at before you go to Boots (if you have one locally), just to see if they have any of your essentials at a cheaper price, or to see if you can get any cheaper alternatives (especially if you're a scrimper like me!) and then you can continue onto Boots and will have saved yourself some cash! (Sorry Boots!) I just did some quick maths and I worked out I saved just over £25 there! (I hope that's right..) I have no idea how Savers manages to sell some of its products so cheap, but I'm happy they do!

20 Facts About Me

So I've been blogging for about three weeks now and I just realised I haven't really posted anything about myself! So I thought I'd do a quick 20 facts about me to reveal a bit more about my mysterious self. ;)

1. I'm a pescatarian, (Blogger doesn't even recognise the word) however nobody knows what that is so I always tell everyone I'm a vegetarian! (If you don't know what a pescatarian is, Google it now!)

2. I'm a MASSIVE Harry Potter fan. It's gotten to the point where I know too much
about the books and films, it's weird.

3. I'm a massive believer in karma, what goes around comes around!

4. I hardly ever wear jeans, I'm definitely more of a skirts/shorts/leggings kinda girl and I practically live in tights.

5. I study Geography at university, but I'm actually not that good at it, I was always better with English and Art.

6. I've always wanted a pet dog but my parents never let me so I've had to settle for cats (although I love them just as much!)

Me and my kitty (she loves me) :)

7. I'm a CHOCOHOLIC. I actually think one of the most difficult things in life is not eating it, if it was healthy I would literally eat it all day, every day.

8. I'm actually quite good at drawing.

9. I'm currently watching Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix whilst writing this. Did I mention I'm obsessed?

I've even DRAWN Harry Potter!

10. I have a boyfriend that lives in Oxfordshire, I met him at University because he lived next door to me in first year.

11. I don't actually have a favourite colour, it's something I try to decide on ALOT, but it all depends! I have a favourite colour to wear, then a different one to paint my nails, and a another one to paint my room, etc.

12. I think Hugh Jackman is the sexiest man on the planet.

13. If i don't workout at least three times a week, I feel extremely disappointed with myself and convince myself that all my hard work has been lost. (I know this is insane).

14. There's so many places I want to visit, Thailand, Florida, New York, Paris, Venice, Sydney... Never mind all the places in the UK!

15. I follow about 400 fitness accounts on Instagram, so whenever I'm losing my willpower I have a scroll through all the skinny people and healthy food and it helps get me back on track!

One of the many fitspos I like to read.

16. My hair is naturally brown, but I always dye it a darker brown.

17. I'm 5'6.5, but I have been since I was 11! "Why are you so tall?" Was a common question.

18. I currently spend my week days at home in Nottinghamshire, and my weekends in Sheffield working. But I'll soon be back in Sheffield full-time!

19. I used to love reading about vampires (even before Twilight!) I read the entire Anne Rice vampire chronicles when I was 15..

20. Urban Decay is my favourite makeup brand purely for their eye makeup.

My favourite palette: Urban Decay Naked 2, (so glad I took a pic before I started it!)

I hope this has provided a little, (slightly random) insight into my life!

Polar Watch Review

So if you've read my other posts on my blog, you may have seen that I'm into fitness. I'm not overly obsessed, but I like to do what I can to keep my body fit and healthy!
I follow a lot of fitness account on Instagram, and I noticed that a lot of them used polar watches, which, in simple terms, is a sports watch. By wearing a strap around your chest which monitors your heart rate tells you how many calories you have burnt off during a workout.
I decided I had to have one of these. However, shopping for a polar watch proved quite difficult! The prices vary immensely, mine was one of the cheapest I could actually find online, which was just over £50, however I've seen them range up to £300+!
When shopping for a polar watch, I think it's important how seriously you are into fitness, and what you really want to get out of the watch. Personally, my watch, which is the "Polar FT4F Heart Rate Monitor and Sports Watch" in purple/pink, is great for me.

It's very simple, when you activate it it stays on all the time and you are able to enter your details, height/weight etc. So that it is able to calculate how many calories you are burning accordingly. The strap is easily adjustable to fit any chest size and fits just below your bra.

When you start the polar watch you can scroll through different views as your working out, such as just seeing your heart rate (which I like as I can make sure I'm pushing myself hard enough!) or you can just view your calorie count and theres also a setting with your in-zone and another with how long you have been working out for and the time. If you go for a more expensive watch, it might feature GPS which is useful if you like running or biking, or I know some of them feature calories as a percentage of fat (or something complicated like that!) but to be honest when I was reading through the descriptions it just meant nothing to me! All I need is my calories and hearth rate.

I discovered the other day that it even shows how many calories I've burnt in total!

In terms of my workouts, it has really helped! It really does make you push yourself, when I'm working out I always want my heart rate to be 180+ and now if I look at my watch and see it slipping, I know I need to crank it up a gear! I also wouldn't trust the machines to give you an accurate heart rate/calorie count. Sometimes the machines tell you're burning off more than you actually are, and sometimes less! These watches are also good because you tend to set up a competition with yourself, you always want to beat your last count! It's quite addictive!

My workouts have improved so much since I purchased one of these, it actually astounds me that I never see anyone at the gym wearing one! It's amazing! If you want to get the absolute maximum out of your workout and want proof that you're working hard, then the polar watch is for you. View the polar FT4F here on Amazon.

Outfit of The Day...
I thought I'd throw in my OOTD too :). I was working so it's a smart/casual look. The top and shirt are both from New Look, and the skirt is the one from H&M that I mentioned in my London post here. I like to be comfy at work since I'm on my feet all day so I just paired it with my vans!

Trip to Carsington Water

I'm currently at my uni flat and have no internet and I'm blogging off my phone so just thought I would do a quick post! :)

Earlier this week I visited Carsington water. This is a lovely area situated around a man made lake in the Peak District in Derbyshire. There's lots of water activities you can take part in or you can even hire a bike to cycle the 7 mile distance around the lake. There is also a good play area for kids and a water museum which is pretty cool! However we usually just tend to go there for a walk! I went with my mum on Thursday and we had a good, long walk and I got a chance to take some snaps of the beautiful scenery! I've included some blow :).

If you ever get the chance I'd definitely put this on your list of places to visit! It's lovely whatever your age and great for kids too. There are lots of little shops so it can be one of those days where you can spend nothing or a lot! Either way it's fun :). Below I've included my OOTD, it's entirely New Look and I just wore it with some New Look Converse lookalikes! I think I look quite countrified ;).

Clinique Review and New Skincare Routine

So for a while now I have been using Clinique's mild face soap, and I have only recently started using the dramtically different moisturizing lotion (which has been around for a while, but I have noticed has been advertised a lot more recently). I will say now I have very different views on both of these products. I have only actually used a few different cleansers in my life, but moisturisers is a completely different story! I am struggling to find the perfect one!

Clinique's facial soap comes in a 200ml pump bottle, and retails at £15.50. It is available in mild, oily and extra mild, which should suite everyone. I think one of the main things I love about this product is how long it lasts! I sometimes cleanse my face three times a day, and this cleanser can last me six months! I have used this cleanser for about two years now (trying a couple in between and quickly switching back!) I like the pump too, its very simple and doesn't dispense too much, just the right amount per pump in my opinion! It has always removed my makeup very well compared to other products, it doesn't irritate my eyes and my skin is clearer using this product than when using others (although not perfect!) I also should add my skin is quite sensitive to dryness and when I have switched to other cleansers my forehead in particular has become very dry and my skin can feel quite tight, but Clinique seems to suite my skin well and doesn't have this effect. However I have always struggled with an oily T-zone and am still yet to find a cure for this!

The dramatically different moisturizing lotion, however, I haven't used for as long. This retails at £17 for a 50ml bottle and £28-£29.50 for a 125ml bottle. This is one of Clinique's cheaper moisturisers, and has been advertised a lot recently so I'm sure a lot of people will be trying it! However I have to say, I was very disappointed. My first impression is that its very watery. I can just about cope with this during the day, however at night this is a major no no! Soon after applying it I start to feel my skin tightening up again, and sometimes have to reach for more! It doesn't give me spots which is a benefit, and my makeup goes on smoothly over it, but I really don't like how tight it leaves my skin feeling and my forehead can get quite dry and needs some extra nourishment! For this price I am not impressed, I definitely prefer my cheaper Nivea one (which I will later review). And I'm afraid to say I'm still on the hunt for the perfect moisturiser! This is what prompted me to purchase a new range of skin care!

I recently put in an order with Liz Earle, I have to admit I may have copied Zoella's skin care routine! I knew I wanted to try a new range of skin care, but had no idea which brand to try next, and Zoella raved about Liz Earl along with the Re-gen cream, and from what she has said I think we have similar skin types, so I had to have a browse on the website!

This is what I ordered! I was much more than just pleased! All this cost me £43 (with free delivery!) It was an offer, available until the 28th of August (if you want click here) So here is what I got (I've put the individual price of each product so you can see the savings!)

Cleanse and Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser (includes two muslin cloths) 100ml pump £13.25
Instant Boost Skin Tonic 200ml - £13.25
Skin Repair Moisturiser 50ml - £19.25
Super Skin Tint 40ml - £21.00
Cleanse and Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser (includes one small muslin cloth) 30ml - £5.50

If you're good at math you will have already added that up, but all that comes to £72.25! So I saved £29.25 on that order, I'm thrilled by that and that's before I've even tried it!

The picture is exactly what happened when I tipped the box upside down haha! Included in that I also had a nice little welcome letter as it was my first ever order with Liz Earle, along with a nice booklet full of all their products and how they work, background about the company etc! That will be helpful when I want to purchase something else.

I then lined them all up neatly so you get a better view of the order :). I only received the order yesterday so I have used the cleanser, toner and moisturiser twice, however I'm saving the skin tint for my holiday! :) I have to say I loved using the muslin cloth! I feel like a skin care virgin admitting that I only used my hands until now... I love how it exfoliates my skin though and even if I change cleansers I doubt I will ever leave the muslin cloth behind! I'm expecting great things from these products since the reviews rave about them.. And I am very happy that they aren't too pricey! About the same as Clinique individually but the deal was definitely better value! If you read this post late I'm sure there will be another deal just as good soon so keep a look out! :)

Next I purchased this Re-gen cream as part of my new routine! Now this is not particularly for your face, however I only purchased this because Zoella raved about it on her blog, and I had seen some in Home Bargains around the £4 mark which is of course a bargain for 125ml! I'm a poor student so I'm always on the lookout for cheap little gems! When I applied this I fell in love with the consistency immediately, nice and thick and rich and perfect for night! I bought the Liz Earle light moisturiser as my skin is quite oily, which is good for the day, however at night I want something richer to replenish my skin overnight, and I'm hoping this will do the job! It contains chamomile and some of the same ingredients as Bio Oil, so it should be good at reducing blemishes and nourishing the skin. It also claims to help with any scarring which is a benefit as spots can sometimes scar. I have only tried this a couple of times too, but so far I am happy with it and the tub should last me a while! I will update you further if it works wonders, or causes me to break out! (Fingers crossed!)

Trip to London Including Icebar

On Tuesday I visited the amazing city that is London! I had actually only ever been to London twice before these last couple of years, where I seem to have been quite a lot! I've been on two trips to visit art galleries, once to London Zoo, last summer I was luckily enough to visit the Paralympics, and at Christmas time I visited the Harry Potter Studio Tour London, which I HIGHLY recommend! But this visit was actually one of my favourite yet.

I went with my mum and my mum's friend and her friend's daughter (so a proper girly outing!) we got the train there and back which worked out quite cheap (I'm good with trains now as I get them a lot being a student!) First off we visited Camden Town, which I have never been to and quickly realised is very cool and quirky! I don't think I've ever seen so many people advertising tattoos and piercings before, and the 3D shops were amazing!

I bought a few bits here, I was trying to be good but I couldn't resist!

The cheapest thing I bought was this skirt from H&M, only £3.99, bargain! I actually bought one of these skirts a couple of years ago in black, and I'm happy to say that the design has actually improved (in my opinion). The band along the skirt is now wider, and the material itself actually feels thicker to me, making the skirt appear more flattering! Will definitely be collecting these in a range of colours! You can wear them with anything too, shirts, jumpers, baggy T-shirts, it all works!

Next, we visited Urban Outfitters (oh no)... This shop actually majorly depressed me! I quite literally could have bought three quarters of the shop, but it is not cheap! And me being a student on a budget, I had to really watch my spending! So it was more of just a window shopping experience, however I have mentally added a lot of things to my wish list! The main one being a pair of levi shorts, they were £35 at Urban Outfitters and although they were good quality I have seen cheaper. Does anyone know any good places that I could get them? I've seen some on Ebay but not sure if they are real or not and its a gamble with what pair you get sent! However I did make a small purchase! I bought this lovely white picture frame, which is to put in my room when I have redecorated! It was £10 and I think it looks very vintage, love it! Pictured with it is a green one that I purchased a couple of weeks in Bakewell, I was thrilled when I found the white one because they go together so well! I can't remember exactly how much this one cost, but I think it was around the £8 mark.

I also bought a set of alphabet spaghetti fridge magnets! A bit random I know, but they will fit in perfectly at my new uni flat! Endless fun will be had. These were also £10 from Urban Outfitters, a bit pricey but I had to do it!

A ladybird decided to hitch a ride on my Urban Outfitters bag :).

The final purchase of the day (and also my favourite) happened when we were walking through Camden Town market, and I spotted some wooden iphone cases, which I have seen and always wanted. But then I noticed they had ipad mini cases too! I got super excited about this, however they were £28, so I went away and googled them on my phone to see if I could find some cheaper online, but it worked out about the same and there were hardly any that I could find online! So I went back to the stall and tried out my haggling skills, and I managed to get him down to £23, yay! :) I absolutely love this. You can feel where its been etched, and it looks so cool! It's even lined with black felt stuff on the inside :). Very happy!

Anyway I'll finally talk about the Icebar! Icebar is part of the Icehotel range, and personally I think it's a very good deal! Most of the times online show that if you pay on the door it will cost you £14, however it increases by a couple of pounds if you go during peak times (i.e. weekends) however if you book in advance its only £12.50, which is what we did. For this price you get 40 minutes in the Icebar, along with a cocktail of your choice and they provide you with thermal capes. However you can also stay in the lounge and outside area for as long as you like and buy more drinks there. The Icebar is located on Heddon Street, just off Regent Street, which is a really cute little alley with bars and restaurants down it. Our initial impression was that the Icebar looked very posh and expensive! We sat down to have a drink before we went in, and I won't lie I was anticipating highly priced drinks, however I was pleasantly surprised to find they were very reasonable! Most cocktails were £5.50, and you don't get much cheaper than that here in Nottingham! They were nice too and the service was very friendly. Inside the Icebar was obviously cold! Make sure you wear socks and preferably something on your legs as the cape doesn't fall that low! It was amazing how they had created it, and even your glasses were made of ice! (Although these were a bit difficult to drink from!) I have posted some pictures of the bar below, it was really fun to visit and I'd definitely recommend it! We went in at 5.45 and there weren't many of us, however later it would definitely get busier as there was a queue when we left! We preferred it quiet though as it meant we got a seat, which there weren't many of in the Icebar.

I really enjoyed our little trip to London, I definitely want to go again soon and explore more places! I will leave you with what I wore for the day :).

Gym Outfit of the Day!

I felt like I should do an OOTD post today, however the only time that I changed out of my PJs was to go to the gym! I had a major sorting out day today, my dressing table was looking disastrous after I dumped a load of stuff on there when I came back from uni, so I completely cleared it and chucked out loads of stuff! I also have "priority products" that I'm sick of seeing/don't really like that I need to use up before I start on others! So here is my GOOTD!

I don't look great on these but hey its the gym it's not a fashion parade! ;)

P.S. Notice my BarryM nail varnish that I mentioned in my other post! It's chipped here but I reapplied it later in the day because I love it so much!

Why We Should Drink Water!

So recently I've been trying to drink my two litres a day, and I am happy to say I'm succeeding on most days of the week! Since starting this it has made me realise how important water really is to our health. So I thought I would share the benefits of this simple stuff!

Firstly, you're not hungry, you're thirsty! When you feel a bit peckish chug down a glass of water and see if it helps! Also drinking water before and during meals helps you eat less by making you feel fuller, which can aid in wait loss if that is something you're aiming for.

One of the main reasons I drink a lot of water is to benefit my skin. When I've been having my 8 a day I definitely notice and improvement in my overall complexion and clearness of my skin! I noticed an improvement just after a couple of weeks, so try it and see if you do too!

It helps flush out all the nasty toxins in our bodies, when I drink a glass of water I imagine it flushing out all the bad things. If you feel a headache coming on you should reach for a glass of water, as you are probably dehydrated! Also if you are not getting enough water then your body will begin to store it, making you look bloated! So drink a lot you so your body doesn't need to do this.

I have read many times that you have more energy when drinking water, however I cannot really verify this because I started drinking more water around the same time that I started going to the gym regularly, which is an energy boost in its self, but it should help you feel more refreshed. It is also a great idea to keep sipping water when you are studying or working hard, as it helps your brain function and keeps you feeling refreshed! I definitely think this helps me when I am revising/writing essays.

Did you know your body is 70% water and your brain 90%? That's a lot that needs replenishing so drink up!

However I would definitely recommend just drinking tap water! I won't bore you by going into details, but bottled water is very expensive for what it is and it causes many problems for the areas around the world that it is sourced from. If you don't like the thought of drinking tap water, buy one of those nifty filter jugs! It gives it a "posh" taste ;). Along with the waste plastic bottles that are produced, just buy a bottle and refill for a cheap and eco friendly alternative :).

I know some of you may now be thinking "how do I drink all this water in one day?!" this is what I used to think, but now it's just habit and I even crave it! So here are a few tips:

As soon as you wake up, pour yourself a big glass of water and guzzle it down. It will take you less than two minutes! Your body hasn't had any fluids in hours and its probably dehydrated, if you wake up feeling groggy you probably just need some water to solve that!

If you're a gym bunny like me, drink at least a bottle of water there, you need to make up for all that water you sweat out!

Carry a bottle of water with everywhere you go. I always have one in my handbag, I couldn't function without it now! It also saves me a lot of money as I always have a drink at hand. If your bag is too small you could just keep it in your car or buy a mini bottle :).

Try to drink a glass of water with every meal, this will make you feel fuller and aid digestion.

Sometimes you may not feel thirsty at all, but once you start to drink you often find you are, so try to have a drink anyway!

Personally I always seem to get really thirsty at night, about 8pm when I'm sat watching TV. This is when I usually drink a lot as this offsets the cravings I usually get at this time too! However be mindful not to drink too much an hour before bed, unless you want to keep getting up for the toilet!

I hope this has helped anyone that didn't understand why we need water so much. I cannot recommend it enough, it is literally the cheapest and best beauty and health treatment! It just makes me feel clean and healthy when I drink it.

If anyone has anything they would like to share please comment below! <3

I'll leave you with some yummy looking pictures I took earlier! Add whatever you like if you want a bit more flavour, berries, lemon, cucumber etc. Lemon will give an energy boost too!
